The Standard Version includes instructions on how to utilize the “find and replace” features so quickly and easily learn how to draft these documents for your clients.

Q: I’m not an attorney. Can I purchase this?
A: Unfortunately, no. This legal document form is not intended for non-attorneys or consumers for purchase and a licensed attorney should review all of the contents of this package to properly ensure its implementation for a client.

Q: Do you offer any kind of post-purchase support or assistance with this product?
A: Yes. The SMLLC Document Form Package was designed and assembled by attorney, Mason D. Salisbury. He has made himself available to assist any attorneys requiring assistance with the implementation and questions that they may have with using the forms.

Q: How much do you think you can charge a client to prepare a Single Member LLC?
A: This depends on your state and what additional “follow-up” services that you might include or offer with the preparation of the SMLLC document for your client, but most attorneys are charging clients anywhere between $400 to $800 to set up an SMLLC.
